These terms govern your use of Uploadworthy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

The service

Uploadworthy analyzes the packaging of your videos, such as your title, description, hashtags, thumbnail, pacing, audio, and hook, and provides scores and suggestions. The scores and suggestions are guidance based on general best practices and are not a guarantee of any particular result, view count, or level of engagement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Uploadworthy.

Tokens, payments, and refunds

Uploadworthy uses tokens to measure usage. New accounts receive a number of free tokens. Paid plans provide a monthly or yearly allowance of tokens and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monthly plan tokens reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Because tokens deliver a digital service immediately, payments are generally non refundable except where required by law. Prices may change, and we will give notice of changes before they affect you.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and other content you upload. You grant us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the service, including sending video frames and packaging text to our AI provider for analysis. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not break any law or the rights of others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, content you do not have the right to use, or material that is harmful or infringing. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

AI generated suggestions

Titles, descriptions, hashtags, and scores are produced by automated systems. They may contain mistakes and should be reviewed before you rely on them. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Uploadworthy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
